Are you interested in Integrative Health but aren’t having severe symptoms? Do you want a provider who will start with natural solutions to maintain your health, instead of throwing a prescription at you? Do you want someone likeminded to call when you get sick or just to check labs and manage basic healthcare needs?

If so, our integrative direct primay care option is for you. Memberships range from $75 - $240 per month after a one time initation fee of $250. This initiation fee is waived for current patients of the practice.

Our new patient appointment times are 60-90 minutes in length with the nurse practitioner. This is a thorough assessment of your health history, timeline and goals. The detail is extensive, however it provides Tavie with insights into important events or patterns that may have contributed to your current health condition today.

At your new patient appointment a comprehensive health lab panel will be ordered for you to do either in our office using insurance or our discounted cash rate, or we can send orders to CPL or Quest.

Once your lab results come back, you will have another appointment with Tavie to review your results and come up with a plan. This appointment is typically an hour in length.

Your needs will determine when labs will be collected again and how often you will have visits.

An average healthy patient is seen 2 to 4 times a year.

During your initial assessment, we will determine the most appropriate testing for your needs. Functional testing is most often not covered by insurance but is necessary to uncover the root cause of bodily dysfunction. Common functional medicine tests include:

Comprehensive stool analysis, food sensitivity / allergy, mycotoxins (mold), Lyme and co-infections, chronic and acute viral, heavy metals, environmental toxins, DUTCH, and neurotransmitters.

Regular blood labs can be run through insurance or at a discounted self pay rate in our office.

There are many hormone replacement delivery methods and it is not a one size fits all approach. We offer a variety of services to best balance your hormones from supplements and prescription cream, patches, or injections to pellets. Pellets are placed in women every 12-14 weeks and placed in men every five to six months.

You do not have to be a current patient of our medical practice to utalize our IV services, however, it is required that you have a short appointment with our provider on an annual basis to tailor treatments to meet your goals.

IV Establish Fee: $50

Ketamine is a very safe therapeutic treatment for long standing treatment resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD and chronic pain. It’s dissociative qualities allow you to resolve past trauma and move past the flight or fight response and enter into a state of healing.

This therapy works by stacking treatments. An initial series of 6 sessions (2 sessions a week, every other week for 3 weeks) is $3,300.00. This cost also includes your Pre and Post Series Evaluations.

Booster sessions are $525 per session. Booster sessions are not always needed.

The typical treatment time is 1-1/2 hours and the medication is given by an intermuscular injection. Patients must have a responsible adult driver to drive them to and from treatment.
